Duration: 5.5 hours
This tour starts with a visit to KIN Vineyards on the Carp Ridge. A family estate winery, KIN specializes in the meticulous growth of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Here you'll enjoy a flight of three wines paired with wood-fired marguerita pizza among the vines.
Cider treats await at the picturesque family-owned and operated Farmgate Cider near Kinburn, where they create British-style, sulfite-free ciders from craft and organic apples hand-picked from their orchard.
You'll then tour state-of-the-art Dairy Distillery in Almonte to sample their signature Vodkow spirits and seasonally flavoured cream liqueurs crafted from the unused milk sugars of local dairies.

Customer Testimonial:
"The West Carleton tour was wonderful! Presentations at all tour stops were well done and very interesting. Good information about the challenges of growing grapes in this part of the world, of how to extract maximum juice from berries to make good wine and producing pesticide-free apples to make cider. Delicious snacks and food pairing suggestions. A great group of people to tour with. Thanks Ruth and Iona for organizing an enjoyable tour and the opportunity to try delicious local products." - Annie Jessup Adams
